Its been a while since my last post.  Several weeks back I had a pretty serious family medical emergency. My mother was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease and I flew back to my hometown of Miami, FL to take care of things so to speak. Well, several weeks later the situation is stable and I’m returning to my normal schedule of activities and RV’ing with my wife. We’re currently in Eugene, OR and starting our trip to southern CA where we’ll spend our winter months.

Now its back to the intellectual pursuit in my life, investing. Its good to be back.

Paul, welcome back. I always look forward to your posts and advice. And, best of luck and good health to your mother. Family is far more important than money, investing, etc.

Glad to have you back…sorry to hear about your mother’s illness. Probably a good month to take a break from market watching, huh? =)

Thanks Mark. Actually I ended up market watching more since I was sitting at the hospital for 12 hours a day… Glad to be back to my personally mandated less than 2 hours a day max watching the tape.
